Bridget Hickey

Bridget is a Great Pyrenees we adopted from the Asheville Humane Society while looking for a small dog. Even though she had recently had puppies and was underweight, she stole our hearts with her quiet gentle demeanor. As she joined our Miniature Dachshund and soon to be adopted rescue Dachshund/Chihuahua mix, she quickly learned skills to gently play with her much smaller pack. She thrived, gaining 20 lbs. and returning to her normal weight. Bridget loves to ride in the car and stand watch while looking out the front door. Paws with a Purpose provides a wonderful way for Bridget to give back to the community.
